Hey there! I’m yearning for an HR role. I have years of recruitment experience and a knack for building inclusive workplaces. As a former union representative at Sainsbury’s, I’ve championed fair practices, and my leadership roles—such as reducing stock issues from 20% to under 1% and growing teams by 150%—earned me national recognition. With three neurodiverse kids, I’ve lived the struggles and busted misconceptions, giving me deep insight into what neurodiverse folks face at work. I’ve supported teams through bereavement, family breakdowns, homelessness, long-term illness, and caregiving, always guided by the Equality Act to remove barriers and unlock potential.
